Availability, Shipping and returns – Curated Bedding

Many of the selections in Fiona’s Curated Bedding category are stock collections, WE do not stock them in our warehouse, they are stoked by our supplier. When they are in fully in stock, they typically ship within 7 business days and transit in 3-5 days to your address. All of the items ship insured and require a signature of an adult on delivery.

Because of the nature and value of the products, we apply an additional Order Confirmation Process which will typically include a physical fabric swatch to make sure this product will meet your expectations.

When they are not fully stocked, they become made to order items and will typically ship in 5-6 weeks. We will confirm the status as in stock or made to order when we process your order.

Returns on Fiona’s Curated Bedding fall into the following terms:

Cancellations – you may cancel your order for a full refund if you notify us within 48 hours after you placed the order. Upon cancellation we will refund the charge usually within 48 hours. However, based on the policies of your credit card provider, you might not see the cancellation on your account for up to 10 days. This is beyond our control. If you fail to cancel within 48 hours, you may still cancel before we ship. These cancellations are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Returns – You have the right to return products after receipt for 10 days after you receive them. Product returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. All returns must be unused, unwashed and have all original tags attached. You are responsible to return the product to the address in your return authorization, shipped prepaid and insured for the amount of your original purchase. After we receive the product and cofirm it is accepted as a return, we will refund the purchase price, less the restock fee and the original shipping to your door.

Custom Orders – Certain products that fall into the Fiona’s Curated Bedding category will be custom order only. Items specifically called out as “Custom Made Only Terms Apply” in the product page may be cancelled if you do so within 48 hours after placing the order. We have a two step order confirmation process for such items for ample approval. This will typically involve the payment of a 50% deposit.. Once you complete the order confirmation process and have paid the 50% deposit, the order is may not be cancelled and may not be cancelled.

Please understand that every computer monitor displays color differently. The actual product color may differ from that displayed on your screen.and it is recommended you view a particular product from two different monitors if possible. Byrnes Crate attempts to ensure images portray colors, shades, and textures as closely representing the character of the real piece.
