The Blissful Return Policy Applies To All Bedding Products Listed Below:

  • Linen Sheets and Sheet Sets
  • Linen Duvet Covers
  • Linen Pillow Cases
  • Linen Euro Pillow Cases

Blissful Return Terms #

The terms of the Blissful Return Policy are simple. Purchasers may, within 60 days of the original purchase and for any reason, return the products in these categories for a full refund of the purchase price  credited back to their original form of purchase. The product must be free of rips, tears, spot discoloration or staining and must have all Byrne’s Crate applied tags in place. Your responsibility is to return the product with all original labels intact and in sell-able condition, shipping prepaid to our return address provide on your Return Authorization. In order to return bedding under the Blissful Return Policy, you must initiate a return request withing 60 calendar days of the purchase date To start this process, you would take the following steps:

  • Initiate a return request in the support system using the instructions below.
  • Wait for the instructions in the Return Authorization email we will send you
  • Package your bedding products in accordance with the instructions in the Return Authorization email.
  • Return the products – prepaid and insured for the amount of the purchase price to the address listed in the return authorization email.

Once we receive the package, we will inspect the goods to make sure they are free of any of the damage from use listed above and that all Byrne’s Crate tags are still applied and send you an email to notify you of our acceptance of the return. Once we have accepted the return, you should see a credit for the full purchase price of the goods applied to your credit card statement usually in about 5-10 days, depending on the credit policy of your credit card provider.

All decorative bedding purchased on Byrne’s Crate is subject to a different return policy. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to open and inspect the product for any damages or defects and decide if you accept them as representative of what we showed you in the shop. Decorative Bedding must be unused and in good condition at return. If you decide you wish to return them, you must initiate a return request within 14 calendar days of the purchase date To start this process, you would take the following steps:

  • Initiate a return request in the support system using the instructions below.
  • Wait for the instructions in the Return Authorization email we will send you
  • Package your bedding products in accordance with the instructions in the Return Authorization email.
  • Return the products – prepaid and insured for the amount of the purchase price to the address listed in the return authorization email.

All items that are custom order will have a varying return policy that will be disclosed on the product page. In any event, returns are processed in the same manner through the Support system. See the information below foe specific information on how to submit a request for return.

How To Submit a Return Request #

You may submit a return request for any product qualify for the Blissful Return Policy you must use the Support system to request the an RA (Return Authorization) by logging in on the backside under the “My Account” option on the menu. Once you login, the menu will change to reveal the “Support Tickets” option as shown in the picture below:

Select the “Support Tickets” option and you will reveal the “Support Panel” on the page to the right of them menu. The picture below depicts the header of the Support Tickets control panel for your account. To submit a new ticket click on the green button.

Fill out the ticket and please try to include the order number at the bottom. Once you have done that, hit the green submit button. Once we have been notified, we will review and send you a detailed email with instructions on how to return the item.
