We utilize primarily UPS and the US Postal system. It depends on the terms associated with the insurance on that package and the lowest cost. In, general, shipping will take 3-5 days everywhere in the US East of the Mississippi and 5-7 days west of the Mississippi River
Return policies vary by product and they are specifically disclosed on the product page as to the policy applicable to that product. Our focal return policy is the Blissful Return Policy applicable to Pure Linen Bedding. You have 60 days from date of purchase to return the product. See the Returns Policy Page for all the details for all the categories of products.
If your return is the result of a defect in the product or an error in shipping, Byrne’s Crate will pay the return freight. when you are making a consumer discretionary return in accordance with the terms of the specific return policy, you are responsible to return the product, prepaid shipping.

Coupon code are set within the coupon plugins. Terms that are controlled by the plugin include valid dates, existing customer or new customer, specific product covered or excluded and amount and number of uses (limited to total uses or by customer). The plugin also manages whether the discount is applied to the line item cost or the total purchase. We endevour to explain the terms in the notices regarding the codes themselves.

We do have sales from time to time. They are announced on the specific products by the display of a sale badge in the corner of the product image, on the product page.
We also offer discounts on bulk purchases when you order bedding bundles based on the total order. This will vary per product bundle. In general, this will be from 10-15%.

We are sorry. Because of international tax and privacy regulations, as a small family owned company we currently do not have the resources to ship outside the United States. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can be accommodate but require special handling. Contact us at support@byrnes-crate.com for assistance.

Once your product ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
For most products, we will ship in 2 days and transit time should be 3-5 days. For items we ship from third parties, those will typically ship within 72 hours after we confirm the product is in stock. Transit time is the same for these products.
